At Lula's Tales & Trinkets, we take great care in preparing and packaging every order. Whether you've purchased a beautiful book, a vintage treasure or a thoughtful gift, we want it to arrive safely and securely.

1. Order Processing & Dispatch

All orders are carefully prepared and dispatched within 1–14 calendar days of your order being placed.

Please note that this is our dispatch timeframe, not the total delivery time.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available.

2. UK Delivery

We are delighted to offer FREE UK DELIVERY on all orders!

Orders are shipped using one of the following services:

• Royal Mail – Tracked delivery using an appropriate standard service

• Evri – Standard tracked delivery

We select the most suitable delivery provider depending on the size, weight and nature of your order.

There is no additional standard UK postage charge at checkout.

3. Delivery Times

Once dispatched, orders are generally expected to arrive within approximately 2–5 working days, depending on the delivery provider and destination.

Please be aware that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by postal delays, adverse weather, busy periods or circumstances beyond our control.

Our usual total timeframe is therefore approximately 1–14 calendar days for dispatch, plus the delivery provider's transit time.

If your order has not arrived within the agreed delivery period, please contact us. Your statutory delivery rights remain unaffected.

4. Tracking Your Order

We use tracked postal services wherever stated to help provide peace of mind.

Once your parcel has been dispatched, tracking details will be provided so you can follow its journey.

Please allow time for tracking information to become available after dispatch.

5. Packaging

We take pride in carefully packaging our products, particularly our vintage and preloved treasures.

Items are securely wrapped and protected to help ensure they arrive in the best possible condition.

Where appropriate, we may reuse clean, suitable packaging materials to help reduce unnecessary waste.

6. Incorrect Delivery Information

Please ensure your delivery address is correct when placing your order.

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible.

We will do our best to update your details before dispatch, although changes cannot always be guaranteed once an order has been sent.

7. Lost or Damaged Parcels

Although we carefully package every order, occasionally parcels may be delayed, lost or damaged during transit.

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, please contact us so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution.

Where goods are lost or damaged before delivery to you, we will provide the remedies required by UK consumer law, including a replacement or refund where appropriate.

8. International Shipping

We currently offer delivery within the United Kingdom only.

If international delivery becomes available, the relevant shipping options and charges will be displayed at checkout.
