3. Products & Descriptions

We take great care to describe and photograph our products as accurately as possible.

Our collection includes new, vintage and preloved items. Vintage and preloved products may show signs of age, previous use or natural wear.

Any known imperfections will be described as clearly as possible.

Please read product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Product photographs are intended to represent the actual items being sold, although colours may vary slightly depending on screen settings.

Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights if goods are faulty, not as described or otherwise fail to meet statutory requirements.

4. Prices & Payments

All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP).

Applicable taxes are included where required by law.

We offer FREE standard UK delivery on all orders.

Payment must be completed using one of the secure payment methods available at checkout.

We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing or listing errors. If an error affects an order, we will contact you to explain the issue and, where legally appropriate, offer the choice of proceeding at the correct price or receiving a refund.

We will not charge an increased price without your agreement.

5. Placing an Order

When you place an order, you will receive an automated acknowledgement confirming that your order has been received.

An order acknowledgement does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted.

A contract is formed when we send you confirmation that your order has been accepted or dispatched.

If we are unable to fulfil your order, we will contact you and refund any payment taken for the unavailable goods.

We reserve the right to decline orders for legitimate reasons, including stock unavailability, suspected fraud or obvious listing errors, subject to applicable law.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are normally dispatched within 1–14 calendar days of being placed.

We use Royal Mail or Evri tracked delivery services, selecting the most suitable option for your order.

Delivery following dispatch generally takes approximately 2–5 working days, although this is an estimate rather than a guarantee.

We offer free standard delivery throughout the United Kingdom.

If delivery is delayed, please contact us so we can investigate and provide an appropriate resolution.

Your statutory delivery rights remain unaffected.

7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, customers purchasing online generally have the right to cancel eligible orders within 14 calendar days of receiving their goods, without giving a reason.

After notifying us of cancellation, you normally have a further 14 calendar days to return the goods.

Customers are responsible for the direct cost of returning unwanted items where this has been clearly communicated before purchase.

If an item is faulty, damaged on arrival or not as described, we will provide the remedies required under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including reasonable return postage costs where applicable.

Refunds will be processed in accordance with applicable UK consumer law.

Some genuinely personalised or made-to-specification products may be exempt from change-of-mind cancellation rights.

8. Vintage & Preloved Products

We love giving beautiful items a new chapter!

Some of our products are vintage, second-hand or collectible and may show characteristics consistent with their age and previous use.

We make every effort to disclose known imperfections and provide accurate descriptions.

Condition should be considered in light of the item's age, price and description.

Vintage and preloved items remain covered by applicable UK consumer protection legislation, including statutory rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods and eligible online cancellations.

9. Gift Sets & Complimentary Items

Some products are available as gift sets or bundles.

Please check the individual product listing to see exactly what is included.

Where a complimentary goodie bag or promotional gift is advertised, it will be supplied in accordance with the relevant offer.

If a complete gift set is returned following a change-of-mind cancellation, we ask that all purchased components are returned.

Any deductions from refunds will only be made where permitted by law.

Some vintage and preloved items are unique or available in very limited quantities.

Although we aim to keep stock information accurate, occasional errors may occur.

If an ordered item is unavailable, we will contact you and offer a suitable alternative where appropriate or a refund.

We will not substitute products without your agreement.
